When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss someone very special to them; who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. The bright eyes are intent; the eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to break away from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. YOU have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Bonnie who started it all for us. Our gorgeous black girl. She died aged 11yrs
Clyde her partner in crime and our 2nd Newf. Our gorgeous Landseer boy. He died of Leukemia aged 8yrs
Maddie Our 3rd Newf. Our gorgeous brown girl. Died of Lymphatic Cancer aged just 4yrs

I miss you every minute of every day! You were the first to leave us and it hurt so much. You were so much fun and I only have to think of your helicopter tail and it brings a smile to my face. I know you are still with us when you can be…I feel you around me alot. Bonnie missed you so much but we know you are now together again , which warms my heart. Till we meet again Clyde at Rainbow Bridge. Love you so much my gorgeous handsome boy! XXX
Oh Our Dear Dear Maddie
We love you so much. You were a huge girl with a huge love for fun and adventure. You had a special something that touched everyone that you met. We thank you for coming into our live’s and smothering us with your love. I have never experienced such gentleness and will miss your tender kisses, even today when you felt so poorly, you gently licked away our tears. You will always be in our thoughts and our hearts.
Now off you go dear Maddie, over the green fields and find Clyde. Till we meet again

Our grand old Lady. You had a long illness free life. The one who started my love for Newfs. You were so clever. You were top dog and everyone new it. You had an air about you and were so graceful. In your early days, you filled our lives with mayhem, chaos, destruction ( you ate everything..lol ), that’s why I’m grey….lol… but you grew into an amazing posh young lady..and in your later years you filled our lives with love, devotion and most of all pride..You taught us so much and we have so much to thank you for.
I will never forget you my Bonnie lass…I miss you so much, I don’t know what I’m going to do without you but i understand that you couldn’t stay. You will be forever in my heart Bonnie…
